Returns – The Wise Store
Please review the below information before making a decision on whether to begin the returns process.
Change of Mind – If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at The Wise Store Ltd, we’ll issue a full refund for the product within 10 days.
Damaged in Transit – If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs.
Items faulty on arrival or develop a fault within 28 days of receipt – Items which become faulty within 28 days of receipt should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
To return your product to us please complete the contact form at this link being sure to use the dropdown enquiry of ‘Returns’. Please also include the below details:
- Customer Name
- Order Date
- Original Delivery Postcode
- Contact Telephone Number
- Nature of Problem
After completing the returns form you will be both emailed and posted instructions of how to return your product to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We will give you a refund or send out a replacement product within 10 days of receiving your returned item.
Please be aware that it can take up to 1 working day for a returns form to be emailed to you or 3-5 working days for it to arrive via post.
Refunds are issued in the form of a cheque in the name of the original purchaser.
